Binyo Peter holds Diploma in nutrition, Bachelor Degree in Public Health and Masters in humanitarian Aid. He has five years of experience in managing projects and four years in leading an institution. Before joining ARDF, Binyo was working with population service international (PSI) South Sudan Managing Global fund project, Inter- church medical assistance (IMA) managing health projects and Al-sabbah children Hospital in the stabilization centre (SC) manager malnourished children Through UNICEF support funding project.

Mr. Okeny Michael is the Supply Chain Manager at African Relief and Development Fund (ARDF), where he oversees sourcing, distribution, inventory, fleet, and asset management. He brings over 10 years of experience in humanitarian logistics, having worked with organizations such as Tearfund, HealthNet TPO, GOAL, and G-System International Company Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from Kyambogo University, along with certifications in Medical Logistics from HELP Logistics / Kuehne Foundation and Grants Management from Intex Management Institute. Mr. Okeny has a strong track record in optimizing procurement systems and strengthening asset, fleet, and inventory management to support efficient humanitarian operations.

Lobowa Nelson is the Human Resource Manager at the African Relief and Development Foundation (ARDF). He is a Human Resources professional with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and over five years of experience supporting organizational growth through effective people management. He brings strong expertise in developing and maintaining HR systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and strengthening workforce management practices. His work focuses on building structured, efficient, and people-centered human resource functions that enhance organizational performance and stability. Nelson is committed to fostering a productive and supportive work environment where staff can thrive. Through his dedication to best Human Resource practices, he plays a key role in improving organizational effectiveness, staff engagement, and long-term sustainability at ARDF.

Mr. Peter Nuer T. Guot serves as the Access & Safety Manager at the African Relief and Development Foundation (ARDF), bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in humanitarian operations across South Sudan and Sudan. With a background in Nursing (Diploma) and specialized training in Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation, Mr. Guot combines technical health expertise with strong skills in conflict sensitivity and security management. He is currently advancing his academic journey in Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation, while continuously strengthening his professional capacity through online training in Personal Safety and Security. Throughout his career, Mr. Guot has worked with several international and national NGOs, holding senior roles in Health and Nutrition as well as serving as a Safety and Security Focal Point in multiple states. His experience spans the design and implementation of impactful health and nutrition programs, alongside the development of effective safety and security systems in complex and high-risk environments. He has a proven ability to ensure the safety and security of staff, assets, and information, while supporting uninterrupted program delivery. His approach emphasizes risk mitigation, preparedness, and practical solutions tailored to humanitarian contexts. At ARDF, Mr. Guot plays a critical role in strengthening organizational safety frameworks, enabling teams to operate effectively while maintaining a secure working environment.

Mr. Matata John Waran is the Long-Lasting Insecticide Treated Net (LLIN) Distribution Program Manager For African Relief and Development Foundation. He is a South Sudanese public health specialist and certified project manager with over a decade of experience in humanitarian and development programming. He has extensive expertise in health and nutrition interventions, having designed, implemented, and managed multi-sectoral projects funded by major donors including USAID, DFID, ECHO, BHA, SIDA, UNICEF, WFP, and OCHA. He holds a master’s degree in public health from Uganda Christian University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Mountains of the Moon University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid in Madrid, Spain. He also holds professional certifications in emergency response (SPHERE), IMCI, CMAM, MIYCN, food security and nutrition, and fraud investigation. Mr. Waran has held senior leadership roles such as Acting Program Director, Health and Nutrition Manager, and Field Coordinator, overseeing complex emergency health and nutrition programs across South Sudan. He is highly skilled in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis (SPSS, STATA), and evidence-based programming. He actively contributes to national and international coordination platforms, including Health and Nutrition Clusters and technical working groups, and has supported the development of key national nutrition policies. Passionate about improving health outcomes, he is committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-impact interventions for vulnerable communities in South Sudan.

Mrs. Ojjaba Rose Alfred is a seasoned South Sudanese social worker with over 14 years of extensive experience in humanitarian, protection, and development programming. She is a dedicated professional with strong expertise in child protection, gender-based violence (GBV), safeguarding, livelihoods, and social development programming across humanitarian contexts. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Makerere University, a Certificate in Project Planning and Social Work & Social Administration from Kampala University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work & Social Administration from Kampala University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Human Development at Nkumba University. Throughout her career, Mrs. Ojjaba has served in multiple senior technical and leadership roles with reputable international and national organizations. These include Protection Project Manager/SGFP and Safeguarding Coordinator with African Relief and Development Foundation (ARDF), Child Safeguarding and PSEAH Coordinator with Relief International (RI), and several Child Protection roles with Save the Children (SCI), including CPIMS/FTR Coordinator, Data Entry Officer, and Project Coordinator. She has also worked as SGBV Project Officer and Livelihood and Gender Inclusive-Responsive Manager with Danish Refugee Council (DRC), as well as Branch Manager with BRAC Microfinance. Mrs. Ojjaba has strong technical expertise in child protection systems, safeguarding, case management, gender mainstreaming, data management (CPIMS and FTR systems), and community-based protection programming. She has played a key role in strengthening safeguarding mechanisms, improving service delivery systems, and supporting vulnerable populations, particularly women and children in emergency and development settings. She is recognized for her leadership, commitment to protection principles, capacity building, and coordination with government and humanitarian partners. Her work is driven by a strong passion for safeguarding human rights and improving the well-being and dignity of vulnerable communities.
